Am I...back?

Hello, my friends! It is I, your long lost crafter! Where have I been you ask? Well...I've been right here. LoL The truth is, I have been incredibly busy! Between 3 kidlets who are growing like weeds, and a hubby who who has PTSD, I have been very preoccupied. Also, I have had some health issues which have complicated things. BUT! I am back! To make it even better, my baby started school this year! Though I definitely miss the baby stages and having my kids home with me during the day, I am grateful to get some serious me time. I have been working at starting my own home business which is very difficult for me where I live. Unfortunately, there are no financial entrepreneur type helps for someone on territorial disability. Because of my young age, I am unable to get federal disability. So, I have found a good start. I am now an Independant Consultant for Close to My Heart! I love being able to share some of my favorite products with others. What makes it even better is that I have my very own website! This means that anybody can place their order with me and it will be sent to them directly. I am very happy and excited to show you many projects and tips-finally! As soon as I get my technical difficulties under control, I will be able to start making videos that will show you all the many different ways to use each product!

It feels so good to be back! I have missed the encouragement and joy from all of you. While I can't promise I will be perfect at what I try to do, I can promise that with your constant support I can definitely do my best. :) If there is anything you would like me to do videos or posts about, please leave a comment below so I can make a list! ;) My hope is that I can help you find the best way to bring out the passion , beauty, and absolute joy of your projects. Let me show you how!

Fall Mini Book

Hello, everyone! How are y'all?? I know I know, I disappeared for a while. The truth is, I lent my computer to somebody who needed it for the past few weeks. I am back and have a ton of stuff to show ya. For this post I have to be quick. I found out this afternoon about a design team call and it ends in 38 minutes! Talk about getting it in by the skin of my teeth! But not bad for only knowing about it a couple of hours! For the submission, we have been asked to do make something with our cricut that is new and it needs to be Fall themed. So, for my submission, I decided to do a cute little mini book for my sister who is expecting a girl in February. I enjoyed it so much that I think I am going to do another mini book for the other three seasons to complete a mini collection for her little one. I used my cricut and the new Close To My Heart Artiste cartridge, (which I am IN LOVE with!!!), as well as the Art Philosophy cartridge. The pages of the book are chipboard pieces from Clos

I'm Finally Back!!! Well...almost.

Oh my goodness!!!! It is SO good to be 'back'! The past 6 weeks have been Hell!!! Ironically, the day of my last post, I got a prescription for an antibiotic to cure an infection I had in my right pointer finger. I have eczema and it is very sensitive to weather. During our hottest and driest week, my eczema became painfully dry and cracked which let in normal bacteria that is found on our hands. Unfortunately, I also have asthma and severe seasonal allergies. (Seasonal allergies were the worst this summer too!) So on top of all the 'fighting' my poor body was doing, the infection was too much and it overran my system. To make a long, and extremely painful, story short the infection overtook both my hands rendering them useless for the past 6 weeks. I am on my 6th or 7th course of antibiotics. After being in and out of the ER on IV antibiotics for a week and a half, and the infection only getting worse, the doctor finally admitted me to the hospital for 4 days last week
